REALTOR®

Get to Know Me

Torrey is thrilled to work with the Heidi Foggo Homes Team at Compass and effectively merge her extensive background in sales with her vast experience as a real estate property manager. Growing up in Swarthmore, her family owned and operated a real estate business in Media, PA (Cottman and Coslett) as well as several rental properties, so Torrey has essentially grown up in and around this exciting business.

As a REALTOR®, Torrey is thrilled to be working hand in hand with her best friend since childhood, Sara Vartanian Fritz. Together, they combine their unique skill sets to provide excellent service, positive outcomes and have settled over $88 million in successful transactions. They are passionate about inclusion and hope to work with a diverse client base throughout the greater Philadelphia region. Please reach out to Torrey and Sara to successfully navigate the purchase and sale of your home!

Recently named Top Producer in Philadelphia Magazine (May 2026) and our Team was ranked 3rd of all Small Teams in Pennsylvania!
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Torrey and Sara were amazing to work with. As first-time home buyers, they patiently and cheerfully guided us through the process of getting a home. They responded so quickly to all of our questions and concerns and advised us on how to prepare a strong (and successful!) offer. I couldn't recommend them more.

— Chris & Eva

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Sara and Torrey were extremely professional and helpful as I worked with them to sell my mother-in-law's house and move her to a nearby apartment. From day 1, they guided and advised on every step of the process and were able to make the sale and move incredibly easy for both of us. Their knowledge and expertise helped us to transition seamlessly and without any difficulty at all. I would recommend them ...
